Moving forward

It may sound crazy, but I notice I react differently to situations than before. It almost feels strange. Why do I feel completely calm and balanced?

Today, I found myself feeling pretty good. How is that possible? I'm moving forward and taking a step, but I didn't think I would change so quickly. I didn't think I would feel peace so quickly. That I would let go of all that unnecessary stress and pressure. For so long, I held on to everything that gave me pressure and caused me stress. The idea that I could not experience peace and balance seemed normal.

But now it's different. I didn't feel any pressure today and felt like I did more than ever before. I have crossed several things off my to-do list and not drowned in my thoughts about procrastination. I did it because I wanted to do it. And when I found out I needed help after all, I was okay with it. I thought it was okay to ask questions when taking further steps. Earlier, I immediately walked in the other direction.

It's remarkable how powerful choices are. Really believe in yourself. Manifesting is real. Especially if you do it together with the universe. Then you'll get there in no time. Challenges keep coming, but you start to look differently. Deal with it differently. That gives so much more peace.

And now. Now I have already built up several new habits over the past 2.5 weeks. I get up early before sunrise and walk my dog ​​for 1 to 1.5 hours. That's something I never did before, but always wanted to and now I'm doing it. It's great to do what you want. What you dream about and what you wish for. It's a choice, no matter how big or small. It's up to you. How beautiful can that be? It's up to you. How great is that really? That is not a barrier, but a liberation. You can always choose, change, grow, and learn whenever you want and allow yourself.
